Managing Partner
Craig is a lifelong Northwest Ohioan with a deep appreciation for the independent spirit of the men and women who own and operate the trucks that drive our economy. A graduate of the University of Toledo with a degree in finance and a minor in economics, Craig has built a career entirely within the financial industry, earning roles such as senior vice president, senior portfolio manager, and alternative investments director along the way.
From early on, Craig was drawn to business and numbers and the way a sound financial strategy can open doors for people with goals. He thrives in client-centered environments where listening matters, creative problem-solving is valued, and success is measured by how well clients are served.
Beyond the office, Craig is involved in his community. He serves in several volunteer roles at his local church and has cultivated long-standing affiliations with organizations including Rotary International, The Daughter Project, and Covered International.
Founder, Partner
Jeff is the founder of Holt Truck Finance. With a degree in finance from the University of Michigan and 35+ years as a small business owner in commercial lending, Jeff brings knowledge, experience, and industry insights to his role – along with a genuine drive to put it all to work for our clients.
Throughout the day, Jeff serves as the lead relationship manager for our strategic financial partners and capital sources. What Jeff loves most about his job is making finance deals that help our clients acquire the trucks and equipment they need to be their best, and continuing to grow Holt as an independent business uniquely focused on the trucking, farming, and transport industry.
Beyond the office, Jeff is active in his local church and enjoys spending time with family, boating, and traveling. He is an avid sports enthusiast and proud supporter of Michigan and all Detroit sports teams.
Sales & Financing
Jason has been part of the Holt team since 2015. He brings a background in commercial lending, business development, and customer relations – plus a strong work ethic built through his service in the United States Marine Corps.
Jason is passionate about helping people move forward. Whether a client is purchasing their first truck, expanding their fleet, or navigating a cash flow challenge, Jason works to eliminate any hassles and find financing solutions that best fit their situation. He takes pride in building client relationships grounded in trust, transparency, and straight talk.
Outside of work, Jason is a baseball coach and volunteers in local schools teaching middle and high schoolers about financial literacy and credit. He also enjoys supporting his kids in their sports activities as well as golfing, gardening, attending live music events, or picking up something new like learning to play the guitar.
Accounting & Billing
Heather has been part of the Holt team for over 15 years. Her path in accounting and billing started early, from her days as a bank teller to working with a local accountant to managing the books for her husband’s business. In building her numbers expertise, Heather has also completed Intuit QuickBooks training programs along the way.
Heather helps keep the Holt office running smoothly – handling accounting, billing, and answering client questions or connecting them with finance specialists on the team. Her favorite part of the job? Talking with clients, solving problems, and getting the necessary numbers and data in to help make everyone’s job easier throughout the day.
Heather is the proud parent of a son who attends the University of Toledo, and an even prouder grandma who travels to baseball and basketball games to cheer on her grandkids. And when she’s not at sporting events, she enjoys working in the yard.
